FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION

The free consultation is where we start with every business owner. It enables you to determine if you want to work with the coach to move your business forward. And, it enables us to determine if we can add value to you and your business.

ONE-ON ONE COACHING

Individual coaching is the fastest and most effective way to improve your business. With this plan, you and your coach will meet on a regular basis. The first few sessions will be devoted to gathering information and analyzing where your business is and where you want it to go. The agenda after the analysis is then decided by you and your coach with the most pressing issues being addressed first.

One-on-one coaching is available in weekly, bi-weekly, and phone formats.

PEER ADVISORY GROUPS

Peer Advisory or ‘Mastermind’ groups offer many of the benefits of individual coaching in a group setting. These groups of 5-7 business owners or professionals meet with a licensed business coach every other week for a two hour session. As a member of the group you will get perspective, practical advice, support and accountability with a focus on your most pressing business issues. You will also provide input to others and share best business practices.

BUSINESS EFFECTIVENSESS SERIES GROUP COACHING

The Business Effectiveness Series is designed for entrepreneurs and owners who are starting out. It meets for two hour sessions for 12 consecutive weeks plus one individual coaching session during or after the series. Topics include a personal style analysis, vision and mission, marketing, sales, customer service, human resources, and financial analysis.

BUSINESS EFFECTIVENESS THEME GROUP COACHING

This is accelerated one day coaching on a specific theme (e.g., marketing).

BUSINESS START-UP ASSISTANCE

This program provides guidance and assistance for individuals who are starting a business. It focuses on business planning as well as strategy, timeline development, and organization of the venture. A review of best business practices is also included.

HOURLY CONSULTATION

Consultation is available on an hourly basis for addressing specific business challenges.

ASSESSMENTS AND EVALUATIONS

Assessments and Evaluations are also available separately. They are Extended DISC Personal Analysis, Business Effectiveness Evaluation, Profiles International Assessments, and Financial Intelligence Benchmarking with analysis and explanation of results.
