BUSINESS EFFECTIVENESS SERIES

Now you have the opportunity to meet with 7 to 9 other business owners every week, in a private setting, and facilitated by a PBCA licensed business coach!

The series will consist of 12 weekly two hour group sessions, followed by one private two hour session with your business coach, to develop your individual plan.

In the Business Effectiveness Series, you will:

• Learn multiple strategies to help your business perform better.
• Grow your business by learning more effective marketing and sales skills.
• Hire, train, and manage your staff better.
• Systemize your business so it works – and you can work less – and enjoy your life more!
• Be part of a confidential environment to gain from the input of other area business owners who share the same challenges you have.
• Become a better leader.
• Stop procrastinating – and start taking better actions to move your business to where you want it to be!

The cost is $995 for the entire series. Less than one month of Platinum individual coaching. You may also be eligible for the $100 "Early Bird" discount!

MASTERMIND GROUPS

Mastermind Groups are comprised of 5 to 6 business owners who meet on a regular basis and act as an advisory board for each other.

The group is facilitated by a professional business coach. Members engage in brainstorming, accountability, and networking to help each other become better professionals, better leaders, and to reach their goals faster.

Mastermind groups are NOT for everyone! Please check the following items that apply to you.

• I am committed to my success and my company’s success.
• I believe that a group of my peers will help me, push me, and keep me accountable.
• I am willing to share my challenges and experiences in a confidential environment within the group.
• I can commit the time needed.
• I can commit the money needed.

If you have checked at least three of the five, there is a high probability of your success in a group.

The cost is $195 per month with a seven month minimum. However, you can save $100 off the first month if you qualify for the early signing discount.
